In addition to routine care, we are qualified to coordinate specialty treatment for a variety of conditions and injuries. If we see anything atypical during a routine examination, we’ll conduct any required testing and, if necessary, begin follow-up treatment.

What to Expect:
1) First you’ll make an appointment with Dr. Ijaz at a time that is convenient for you. You’ll fill out a brief medical history form and submit any medical records you may have regarding your condition(s).
2) During your consultation, Dr. Ijaz will assess your symptoms and ask any questions you may have regarding medical marijuana. After the appointment, if you are accepted, you will receive a medical marijuana referral form. You can then apply to the state.
3) Your application will be processed by the state, and you will be notified of your approval and your card will be mailed to you. After you’ve received your card, you may start purchasing at dispensaries

The state of New Jersey considers a patient eligible for a medical marijuana card if they suffer from a variety of ailments. Some of those qualifying conditions include Anxiety, Depression, Cancer, Glaucoma, Chronic Pain, Migraines, HIV/AIDS, PTSD, and many more.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of residency in New Jersey with a valid driver’s license or identity card, as well as another document showing a legitimate address.
